The Diabetes Sangha is a Nonprofit
Diabetes Sangha is a nonprofit community dedicated to transforming the lives of those affected by Type One Diabetes through the power of meditation and mindfulness. Rooted in compassion and lived experience, we empower individuals to cultivate resilience, clarity, and well-being in the face of T1D.
Our evidence-based programs, retreats, live zoom meditations and resources are created by and for people impacted by Type 1 Diabetes — offering support that is both practical and deeply personal. By fostering connection, inner peace, and shared understanding, we are helping to reshape what it means to live fully with T1D.
