Saturday Movement and Meditation
With Sam Tullman

Drop in for a short, beginner-oriented Qi Gong session with Sam Tullman, followed by time for silent meditation as a group.

Qi Gong (氣功 — cultivation of Qi, or energy) refers to a family of gentle moving meditation practices from China. You can think of this a bit like a Chinese form of yin yoga, except that rather than holding stretches for a long time, you’re going through different rhythmic, gentle movements to loosen your body and let energy flow more freely.

Special Event:
Remote Healing Reiki
Special Event
with
Lucia Maya

In our increasingly connected — yet often physically distant — world, many are turning to healing practices that transcend the limitations of time and space. One such practice is Remote Reiki, a powerful form of energy healing that works regardless of where you are.

Remote Reiki, allows a practitioner to send healing energy to a recipient who is not physically present. This practice is rooted in Reiki's core principle: energy is not limited by physical space. Through intention, focus, and trained technique, practitioners channel Reiki energy across any distance to help reduce stress, support emotional balance, and promote overall well-being.

Special Event: June 24th 7:30pm ET - 9 pm ET
