Whether you're at the start of a busy day or the middle of an August vacation, this is a space to gently arrive, breathe, and reconnect with stillness. Notice your breath, your body, and the quiet presence of the morning and be present here and now.
Let this time be simple. If your mind wanders, that’s okay. Just come back to the moment, and yourself, with kindness.
