Join One of Our Sessions!
Free, live, virtual on zoom
DiabetesSangha offers live meditation sessions created for people living with Type 1 Diabetes and those who support them. Together, we slow down, breathe, and meet our experience with kindness. Our practices help reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and reconnect you with your body during the ups and downs of diabetes. Each session provides a welcoming space to practice alongside others who truly understand the journey. You don’t need meditation experience—just a willingness to show up as you are. Join us live on Zoom to cultivate calm, connection, and a supportive community grounded in shared understanding.
Each session is about 45 minutes, including 25 minutes of meditation and 15 minutes of community time.

New! Golden Meditation: One Hour Silent Meditation
We are excided to introduce a new, twice per month offering for the T1D community: a one-hour silent meditation led by Peter Friedfeld.
This quiet, gently guided space invites us to step away from the demands of daily diabetes care and reconnect with steadiness, presence, and breath. Whether you’re new to meditation or already have a practice, this hour offers a simple yet powerful way to settle the mind, calm the nervous system, and nourish the sense of inner balance we all deserve. Join us in stillness as we strengthen our resilience—together.
Sign up for this and our other offerings via our Monthly Calendar.
